It wasnt working for me until I used the task manager. Once you open the launcher resume the download. Even after loading into many places I find that if I start walking I will be snapped back to the entry point after 10 seconds (when it looks like its 'actually done loading). Change the throttle speed (100,00) > go to task manager > right-click the launcher and click end task.
